Surgery update

Hi my pretties!

I am on day 2 of surgery recovery. I finally had a textbook surgery and it went very well. I am still very sore and taking a lot of meds which is what I was told to do by the doctor. I go back to work saturday so I need them in order to function properly right now.

I am soooooooo grateful for my roommate. she has been amazing. She took an extra day off today because she knew I wasn't ready to be on my own. My modesty has gone out the window. She has had to help me to pee. I am starting to be able to go on my own which is good because she goes to work tomorrow. The guy I am seeing is coming to see me in the morning when he gets off and then my cousin is coming in the afternoon so I should be OK.

My roommate is driving me to work saturday because I can't drive myself yet and she is going to set up my office stuff and get my bed ready for me. She is then going to come back and get me Tuesday to take me to get my drains out. We will see if I feel like driving after that. If i don't she will come get my friday as we are off these next two weekends (but i am working this weekend to make up for my days off). I am glad i took tomorrow off as well, originally I didn't.

I will share pics once the swelling has gone down in a couple months but here is a sample pic for now. I am swollen all over and have drains so you can't get the full picture but I am much smaller. I am thinking I lost 4 sizes. There isn't a single piece of clothing in my $1000 new wardrobe I bought in May that will fit me :(.

I am not able to eat much right now. I had a pork chop yesterday and that was all I ate all day. I felt like I ate 10 meals. Today I had a banana for breakfast, a grilled cheese for lunch, A cup of chicken noodle soup and 1/2 a grilled cheese for supper. I am going to have a pudding before bed to have with my medicine.

Here is now, it is very very loose. My drains are underneath it.

I woke up every 2 hours last night to pee and to take meds. I take one set every 4 hours but I have it so that I am taking something every 2 hours. If i miss i really notice the soreness. I am going to go almost 2 weeks without a shower. I can't lift my arms right now so I am going to need my roommate to shower me. I will have to get her to give me a sponge bath too. I have tight binders on that I have to keep on for 4 weeks. They are tight so they hurt. They get even tighter when I eat even though I eat very little.

I won tickets to Florida Georgia Line in November and I am going to take her as a thank you and take her out for supper beforehand because she has been amazing. I also bought tickets to Gord Bamford in december 4 days after I get back from Mexico. I don't know who is coming with me to that show yet. I got pit tickets so will be dancing in front.

I will update in pictures again once my binders come off in 4 weeks. I am looking forward to buying a sexy bra and pantie set.
