Right now we are playing a waiting game. They ARE definately flooding but it is a matter of when. They are expecting a 225km area to be affected. It should NOT come my way but it affects my whole community (small close-knit) so it does affect me, as people i know are displaced. If you want to check it out there are pics and videos up. I will post links below. The community where the water is coming from is 1 hr 45 mins west and they are flooding in their downtown area and stores including walmart have had to evac. The lake is only 15 mins from here as well and some cottages are now inaccessible. That is where the river flows too. There is no where for this water to go, it is as high as the bridges.
