Is there even anyone around on sundays??????? Our weekend did not go as planned. We had planned to have the fence up by today, mother nature had different plans. Our yard goes like this, we have no front yard, we are almost right at the sidewalk. There is a bit of grass beside the house but it was used as a driveway, we are going to cut the curb & use it as a driveway for my car, seeing as that is where the plug is, for winter. That plot stretches right to the backlane, but part of it is between the garage & neighbors fence & has a mixture of rocks & grass for the little plot, that has our trailer on it. There is a 21 x 21 ft plot between the house & garage. G tilled that up on friday, so now it is just dirt with a bit of grass clumps (he raked them as best he could) 16x21 will be a "patio" area, i think we will go with just patio blocks because they are so much cheaper than a small deck.
Our plan was to build the fence between our place & the other neighbors house so that we had privacy, then we could put the patio stones that we have now down for our firepit. Two weeks from now is our housewarming so this all has to get done by then & my birthday is wednesday so i am taking the day off, or going to try to anyways lol.

ReplyDeleteMum, HI, been a while :)I haven't been watching it because it makes me nervous, i still have so much to do but all the major things are done, other than finalize ceremony. After our social i will be way more nervous lol.
