is going thru, in 2 days we will be at our 1 year mark till our wedding. July 10th is Emerson drive, July 14th is Katy Perry, then we leave for Craven, which the site is flooded so camping is 9km away now which really sucks. It shouldn't affect us too much other than the first day when we wanted to split up our time but not sure now. It sucks though because we will have to take shuttles which i can see being a disaster & waiting hours for them. If we forget something we can't go back for it so have no choice but to carry a backpack. When we want to shower it could take hours for that too.
On another note, the house is moving forward, our place has been rented for august so we didn't have much choice. I have now transfered our services and tomorrow will go buy a fridge & stove. Our possession date is July 19th and we are moving in on July 27th.
Oh and i got a steal at wallyworld today, i needed another pair of capris, a pair of pjs & another cheap pair of sandals. The pants were $14 instead of $20, the sandals were $5 instead of 10, the 2 piece pjs were supposed to be $11 instead of 17 but i got them for $1, yes that is right ONE DOLLAR. so for all 3 items it cost me $20, i loved the deal, i was going to buy this stuff last payday but i am glad i waited.
Glad you got the house thing settled. So what was G's issue with buying the house?
ReplyDeleteDamn.. that WAS a steal at walmart!! We never have sales like that down here.. but that could also be b/c we're so close to Orlando so nothing is cheap :(
The roof is bowed & his brother said the foundation is not that good, but it didn't look that bad to him, as long as it doesn't crumble we can reinforce it. I think all will be fine in the end, the roof will need to be repaired but........ if we live in it for 5 years we would have paid 36,000+++ in rent where we are & that is at 600 a month.
